- Place listings on the internet, including our own website, general trading websites and specialist rental listing websites.
- Market selected properties to our own database of entities known to be involved in relocating executives and staff into Wellington.
- Place ‘For Rent’ signs on vacant properties.
As soon as a tenant submits 3 weeks notice to terminate a lease we start advertising and marketing the property for replacement tenants.
