FINDING TENANTS

We realise that the most critical issue for Landlords is having their property occupied in order to maintain income. Accordingly we have invested considerable effort into maximising our options to find suitable tenants quickly. We will:

  • Advertise in Wellington’s daily newspaper, regional weekly and specialist property publications.
  • Place listings on the internet, including our own website, general trading websites and specialist rental listing websites.
  • Market selected properties to our own database of entities known to be involved in relocating executives and staff into Wellington.
  • Place ‘For Rent’ signs on vacant properties.

As soon as a tenant submits 3 weeks notice to terminate a lease we start advertising and marketing the property for replacement tenants.

Straight forward fee agreement
