We’ll be happy to show you through any of our properties. When you rent a property through Active Property Management you do not pay any letting fees. Our telephones are answered 24 hours, seven days a week and we undertake to take care of repairs and maintenance as soon as we can.
When you apply to rent a property managed by us we will carry out credit and reference checks. Our Tenancy Agreements comply with the Residential Tenancy Act and we fully explain the terms and conditions before you sign. Usually we require 2 weeks rent in advance and a bond of 3 weeks rent.
You don’t pay any letting fees
At Active Property Management we really do care what our tenants think about our service. When tenants move on we ask them to rate our service on the basis of responsiveness, professionalism and efficiency. We use a scale of 1 to 5 where 1 = bad and 5 = excellent and a summary of how tenants have responded follows. The percentages represent the tenants that rated us either 4 or 5:

We take note of what tenants are telling us in their exit questionnaires and are always working to improve our service.
